This reminds me of how, when I was traveling in China, I can across an entire street of haircutters in Beijing--stools out on the sidewalk, tools in a small box on the back of their bicycles. I got inspired and plunked myself down for a haircut. At $.25, it's the cheapest haircut I've ever had.
