It looks like some of the destemmer machines I've seen at various wineries, but not quite, so that's the end of my guesses.

Ravioli stamper is an interesting thought - but the hamper to load stuff in the back leads me to believe it some kind of giant cookie machine.

Just wanted to leave a note thanking you for posting about ZipLens. I rented a couple of lenses from them, and it was really helpful. Mostly because I discovered that I don't want the ones I thought I did. Heh. No, I got some good shots, but it wasn't the range I need. But I will be renting again, and recommending them. Thank you!

My guess was going to be the same as Derrick's, but then again, my dad ran a winery*, so obviously that's going to occur to me (regardless of whether it's right or not :-)).
* In fact, he once got distracted while working and lost the tips of two fingers in his destemmer/crusher. He joked that it didn't affect his typing, since he was hunt-and-peck anyhow.
