Dispatch from Slow Food Nation - on Serious Eats now
Over the weekend, I attended many Slow Food Nation events and reported on them for Serious Eats. It's been really fun to do more writing for Serious Eats -- they're a great bunch of people who are publishing consistently solid content.

I enjoyed reading your articles on SFN. I would love to see it in a suburban venue next year. While Im glad that there are people out there committed to the urban, underserved, we often forget about the middle and upper middle class who eat just as poorly (they simply spend more on crappy food). Suburbia is the only place with enough purchasing power to really make change.

A, that's a really interesting comment. You're right that it would be interesting to do it in a suburban environment.
